Job description
Development of strategic and operational sustainability development plans for the Institute’s partners (NGOs and associations, beneficiaries of the Institute’s grants and other partners) and providing technical and professional assistance to partners in the implementation of sustainability plans through mentoring and training. Providing support to partners in strengthening their cooperation with the authorities, the private sector, donors and other actors, with the aim of establishing long-term sustainability of partners. Close cooperation with team members who carry out activities aimed at strengthening the organizational capacity of partners. Improving the Institute’s existing tools and methodologies for assessing, developing and monitoring sustainability.
Specific criteria
- Experience in the same or similar jobs for at least 2 years
- Experience in creating development plans, strategic documents, analyzes, reports and research documents
- Excellent analytical skills
- Desirable knowledge/experience in fundraising and public advocacy
Type of contract
Full-time employment contract. Starting date: February 15, 2021.
Eliminatory (mandatory) criteria
– category B driver’s license and active driver with experience,
– excellent knowledge of English language,
– computer skills (MS Office, Internet),
– citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Additional criteria
It is desirable that the candidate has developed communication skills, is prone to teamwork, independent in performing work obligations and duties, with occasional travel and flexible working hours. The tendency to use different software solutions that facilitate and speed up work processes is considered mandatory since all processes are digitized through different online and desktop applications.
Candidates who have experience working in non-governmental organizations in jobs relevant to the position they are applying for are especially encouraged.
