The team of young creatives gathered around IMPAKT Sarajevo never ceases to delight the audience and the Bosnian public with their youth fashion shows. After a great show in August 2022, when 8 young designers from Sarajevo exhibited on the roof of the Skenderija Youth Center, in October of the same year, a great fashion show was organized in the renovated Youth Center in Banja Luka.

The October autumn story started with young people in Banja Luka has a beautiful spring continuation. For the past few months, IMPAKT Sarajevo has been working hard to transfer knowledge and experience about the concepts and principles of responsible and sustainable fashion to young people from Banja Luka, namely to the students of the Polytechnic School who expressed an interest in designing and creating.
The epilogue of the six-month mentoring of young high school students from Banja Luka was the TEENAGE FASHION SHOW 2023, which on Sunday caused the enthusiasm of a large audience in Sarajevo.

The fashion show was an opportunity for Banja Luka high school students to present themselves in the form of interesting fashion creations and, as young, unestablished designers, to show what they learned through this process. Lara Skopljak is one of the students of the Polytechnic School in Banja Luka who gave her first presentation on Sunday. Lara did not hide her enthusiasm and positive impressions:
“I am grateful to the IMPACT team for organizing our first show, with our models and creations, because this was the first time we presented ourselves somewhere as fashion designers. We are very grateful for every useful advice and enjoyed our company. I hope there will be more opportunities like this for us high school students. I am proud of how my friends from the Polytechnic School of Banja Luka showed themselves. Really beyond all expectations. And the most important thing is that we learned a lot through this,” Lara pointed out.
By supporting another great fashion show and a group of young creatives, the Institute for Youth Development KULT and Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina continue their joint continuous support for young people in building and strengthening their leadership skills.
