Business Studio Bihać continued the series of events for networking entrepreneurs on the topic of Business in the world of beauty . The flourishing of this industry did not bypass our country either, and the panelists Elma Beganović and Enis Šakonjić spoke about this process .
Enis Šakonjić is the owner of Ofarm Cosmetix and the general importer of the brands MCCM and Clinisept . On the panel, he shared his knowledge of strategies for setting up businesses with solid foundations and measurable results.
Elma Beganović is the owner of the prestigious ELLE Beauty Academy , through her passion for beauty and dedication to education, her academy has become a source of inspiration for many, writes Beautiful.ba.
The panel was opened by the director of Business Studio Bihać and business mentor, Amir Mulalić , talking about the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in this branch, and the panel was moderated by experienced business mentor Ajla Mulalić and director at Invision Consulting. The topic attracted owners of beauty and hair salons, marketing agencies, and students from the Faculty of Economics in Bihać who had the opportunity to hear about the process of business development first hand.
” People in business are lonely and that’s why we make events like this to share their experiences and ideas. Today, entrepreneur Elma showed us what it means to start from scratch from student days, work from morning to night and make a bold decision to develop a business. The freedom she now has seems like an overnight success on social networks, but she selflessly shared with the guests everything between the difficult beginning and today’s success ,” says Ajla Mulalić, moderator of the panel.
The panelists discussed the current challenges in the procurement of materials and tools in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the guests could hear how to overcome such problems. It was pointed out that taking the initiative in importing world trends requires effort, but brings excellent results.
“We will always be where we feel the safest for the longest time, but I experienced a turning point during the corona when I realized that if I’m not in the salon, then I don’t have any income, I had to come up with a way to separate myself from that ,” says Elma Beganović, panelist .
For business owners who want to leave the operation, at some point they have to dare to delegate and divide tasks, because this leads them to freedom and thus they stop being an employee and become an entrepreneur .
“It seems to me that entrepreneurs build only the visible parts of the business, and stand on fragile feet. When the business is built on a solid foundation, then the challenges that come are fleeting and do not bring you back to the beginning” , says panelist Enis Šakonjić.
Business Studio Bihać continues with its activities, and guests can expect in the coming month that the focus will shift to creating international business connections, market research and finding opportunities for exporting products and services to the EU .
