ABOUT WORKSHOPS

The interactive workshops “Strengthening Self-Confidence and Personal Safety” are designed to
provide young people with tools to develop self-confidence and educate them about important aspects of personal safety. Through exercises of positive affirmations, educational discussions and practical advice, participants will have the opportunity to create a deeper understanding of their own worth and learn to recognize and minimize risks in everyday situations.

This activity encourages a joint effort in building a safe environment and empowers young people to become conscious actors in the prevention of violence, contributing to a culture of zero tolerance towards violence against women and girls.

WHEN AND WHERE?

The workshops will be held in Sarajevo and Banja Luka on the occasion of Orange Day – the day of the fight against violence against women and girls.

The workshop in Sarajevo will be held  on May 31. 2024 in Tershouse, Kolodvorska 9,  starting at  12:00 p.m.,  while the workshop in Banja Luka will be held  on June 5, 2024. in the Jelena hotel  starting at  12:00 p.m.

FOR WHO?

The workshops are intended for young people between the ages of  18 and 30  from the Sarajevo Canton and the City of Banja Luka.

If you want to develop your self-confidence, gain a deeper understanding of your own worth and learn how to recognize and minimize risks in everyday situations, this is the right place for you!

COSTS

The workshops are  completely free  for all participants. Your desire to learn and contribute to building a safer society is all that is required. Join us at these inspiring workshops where we will work together to strengthen self-confidence, understand your own value and create a culture of zero tolerance towards violence against women and girls.
