Snaga lokalnog website is a website that promotes local initiatives, activities for capacity building of local communities and organizations to independently address key and relevant challenges in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). One of the key tasks within the Snaga lokalnog program is to include and network all existing and new initiatives aimed at local community development.
Through our work, we have noticed that many citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina (activists), organize and implement amazing activities/initiatives in their local communities. However, some of them unfortunately remain in the shadows and do not produce the effect they should/could have.
Many of these initiatives deserve better visibility and promotion, and in this regard, we invite all activists to send us information, short reports or essays about their activities/initiatives in local communities. Also, in the section “corner for local community activists”, information regarding your fieldwork are welcome, such as pointing out positive changes/initiatives or problems that occur in local communities throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We hereby invite all activists, primarily young people, who want to improve the situation or promote their activities in local communities to contact us, and we will follow and promote your activities/initiatives.
