All interested local self-government units (LSUs) in BiH that meet the eliminatory criteria are invited to participate in an open and competitive process of selecting a minimum of 7 partner LSUs to participate in the ReLOaD 2 project.
LSUs that apply are required to submit the required application documents as outlined in the Guidelines.
LSUs should submit their applications in one printed copy and in electronic form (CD or USB). All local self-government units are invited to submit as much supporting documentation in electronic form as possible in order to preserve the environment. Applications should be submitted by registered mail or in person at the following address:

Applications, in accordance with this Call and the accompanying Guidelines, should be submitted no later than April 12, 2021 at 5:00 PM. Applications received by mail should have a postmark confirming that the application was sent within the specified deadline.
Applications submitted in other ways (i.e., fax or e-mail) will not be considered.

Info sessions on the public call will be held via ZOOM platform on March 23, March 30 and April 6, 2021. Call for participation for the info sessions will be published on the aforementioned websites.
