Italian Embassy – New program for environmental projects and initiatives

Do you want to advocate for a cleaner environment, better and peaceful society?

If you are between 18 and 30 years old, the Italian Embassy needs your ideas, energy and experience!

Before the conference on climate change preCOP26, which will be held in Milan from November 30 – October 2, 2021 which will be attended by young people from all over the world, before the big COP26 conference in Glasgow in November, the Italian embassy intends to organize a series of events in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The goal is to select 15 people who are determined to improve the communities in which they live and implement environmental and social projects in the period before the preCOP26.

This initiative envisages a series of meetings to enable group members to get to know each other and work with the Embassy on a joint program of activities, in addition to regular meetings. The commitment is on a voluntary basis. All participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Your proposals, together with biographies and basic information, should be sent to until February 10, 2021.

By submitting a proposal, on a maximum of one page, indicate which environmental and social initiatives you think you will be able to implement in your place of residence and what characteristics you possess that will help you to realize these initiatives. Also, please indicate whether the initiatives you propose can be implemented in other places in Bosnia and Herzegovina and which ones.

Each proposal will be carefully considered, with the aim of identifying participants taking into consideration their place of residence, in accordance with the originality and sustainability of the project.
