Within the framework of the project “Together for Workers’ Rights”, we monitor labor legislation and analyze its implementation in order to provide valid and constructive arguments for changes, recommendations for improving legislation and its implementation, legislative processes and problems in implementation, as well as best practices that have yielded results. This must be a constant activity of all unions and non-governmental organizations working in the field of labor rights.
Public responses to problems and questionable decisions in the area of labor rights, based on objective and analytical information, will contribute to the public image of trade unions and their influence on social partners and dialogue.
Labor legislation is monitored on behalf of the Coalition for Better Protection of Workers’ Rights by the president of the Forestry, Wood Processing and Paper Industry Union, Lejla Ćatić.
