On the basis of Article 1 and 4 of the Decision on the approval of funds for the award of scholarships to gifted primary and secondary school students from the area of the City of Visoko for the school year 2022/2023. year, number: 01/1-02-114/23 from January 30, 2023, the Mayor announces
COMPETITION
for awarding scholarships to gifted primary and secondary school students from the area of the city of Visoko for the 2022/2023 school year
- Candidates who meet the following conditions have the right to participate in the Competition:
- a) that they are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- b) that they have a place of residence in the area of the City of Visoko;
- c) that they are students of primary schools (IXth grade) and secondary schools (I, II, III and IV grades);
- d) elementary school students, IX grade, who prove their outstanding status
– special diplomas, proof of placement in competitions or proof of participation in competitions in grade VIII, at all levels of competitions in educational subjects, which are organized according to the proposals of the competent educational and pedagogical institute and the Ministry of Education;
– with an average grade of at least 5.0 from the previous class;
- e) secondary school students, 1st grade, who prove their exceptional status:
– special diplomas, proof of placement in competitions or proof of participation in competitions in grade IX, at all levels of competitions in educational subjects, which are organized according to the proposals of the competent educational and pedagogical institute and the Ministry of Education;
– with an average grade of at least 5.0 from the previous class;
– the diploma of students of the generation from elementary school.
- f) secondary school students, 2nd grade, who prove their exceptional status:
– special diplomas, proof of achieved placement in competitions or proof of participation in competitions in the 1st grade of high school, at all levels of competitions in educational subjects, which are organized according to the proposals of the competent educational and pedagogical institute and the Ministry of Education;
– with an average grade of at least 4.8 from the previous class.
- g) high school students, third grade, who prove their outstanding status:
– special diplomas, proof of placement in competitions or proof of participation in competitions in the 2nd grade of high school, at all levels of competitions in educational subjects, which are organized according to the proposals of the competent educational and pedagogical institute and the Ministry of Education;
– with an average grade of at least 4.8 from the previous class
- h) high school students, fourth grade, who prove their outstanding status:
– special diplomas, proof of achieved placement in competitions or proof of participation in competitions in the third grade of high school, at all levels of competitions in educational subjects, which are organized according to the proposals of the competent educational and pedagogical institute and the Ministry of Education;
– with an average grade of at least 4.8 from the previous class.
- The following do not have the right to participate in the competition:
– students who do not meet the grade point average criteria from the previous school year,
– students who receive a scholarship on any other basis.
- The following documents must be submitted along with the application for the Competition:
3.1 Birth certificate of the student;
3.2 Certificate of citizenship for the student (not older than 6 months);
3.3 Registration of residence of the student (not older than 6 months);
3.4 Certificate that the student is enrolled in the 2022/2023 school year;
3.5 Certificate of success achieved in the 2021/2022 school year or a certified copy
certificates for the 2021/2022 school year;
3.6 Certified copies of diplomas and proof of placement in competitions or proof of participation in competitions, at all levels of competition, from educational subjects, which are organized according to the proposals of the competent educational and pedagogic institute and the Ministry of Education, namely:
– for IX grade students, a diploma and proof of placement or proof of participation in competitions in VIII grade;
– for 1st grade high school students, a diploma and proof of placement or proof of participation in competitions in 9th grade elementary school;
– for students in the second grade of high school, a diploma and proof of the achieved placement or proof of participation in competitions in the first grade of high school;
– for students of the third grade of high school, a diploma and proof of the achieved placement or proof of participation in competitions in the second grade of high school;
– for IV grade high school students, a diploma and proof of placement or proof of participation in competitions in III grade high school.
3.7 Diploma student of the generation (for students of the generation of elementary schools in the school year 2021/2022), certified copy.
3.8 A certified statement that the candidate does not receive a scholarship on another basis (for minor students, a certified statement by the parents that the student does not receive a scholarship on another basis).
Documents submitted as proof of eligibility must be originals or certified copies.
Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
Documents are not returned.
The competition remains open for 15 days from the date of publication.
Applications for the Competition with the necessary documentation should be submitted to the counter hall of the City of Visoko or by mail to the address: City of Visoko, Service for veterans-disabled protection and social activities, with the indication “Application for the Competition for awarding scholarships to gifted primary and secondary school students from the City of Visoko “ no later than 15.02. 2023 until 4 p.m.
