The participants of the eco-actions are elementary school students, 20 in total, from the area of Grude and Ljubuški.
The students had the opportunity to visit the wastewater treatment plant, and had a short training and presentation from the head of the treatment plant, Mrs. Marijana Bubalo. The presentation was on the topic of functionality and importance of water purifiers.
After a short training, a cleaning action of the illegal landfills in the immediate vicinity of the purifier was organized and implemented.
After the field visits and field work, a workshop for students was held, and a social gathering where participants were provided with school supplies.
The next eco-action is planned in the Blidinje Nature Park! So, stay tuned!
