The city of Sarajevo is the winner of the Green Champions award for the Western Balkans for the First Urban Garden with a Sensory Park, which was presented to Mayor Benjamina Karić in Bar.
“Urban garden represents a unique concept of arranging public space designed by citizens for citizens of all generations ,” Karić pointed out.
She expressed particular satisfaction that the project was recognized as useful and inspiring for other cities in the region as well, according to a statement from the Professional Office of the Mayor – Public Relations Department.
