The humanitarian association “Ruku na srce” is announcing a VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATION.
Why is this humanitarian action important?
Blood is a medicine that is needed by many patients with oncological and hematological diseases, patients who need surgery, injured patients, etc. Blood is a medicine that cannot be produced, and voluntary blood donors are the only source for obtaining this medicine.
Who can be a voluntary blood donor?
Any healthy, adult person, aged 18 to 65, can be a blood donor.
We invite all citizens to support this humanitarian action together with our volunteers.

Be part of the humanitarian action “For Her from the Heart”
For the third year in a row, the volunteers of the “Ruku na Srce” Association are launching the “For Her from the Heart” project, which aims to provide as many hygiene supplies as possible for women from low-income families. We invite students, citizens and representatives of companies, associations and sports teams to join us to make International Women’s Day more beautiful for our dear fellow citizens.
Aware that hygiene supplies are necessary, but also a great burden on the budget of families in a difficult economic situation, we decided to relaunch the project “For Her from the Heart” to bring smiles to the faces of women on International Women’s Day. We are sure that, as in previous years, our fellow citizens will once again recognize the humane idea of this project and contribute to its realization.
All donations of hygiene supplies can be submitted:
every working day from 09:00 to 20:30 in the premises of the “Homework Hub” (ul. Kolodvorska 12, Sarajevo)
on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00 in the Center “Ruku na srce” Dobrinja (street Esada Pašalića 8)
If you are not able to provide your contribution in person, you can donate to the bank account of the Association (1990490056036171) indicating: Project “Od srca za nju” (recipient: Udruženje “Ruku na srce”, Hakije Turajlića 33, Sarajevo).
Also, there is an active humanitarian number for BH Telecom users (090 291 071), through which you can donate 2.00 BAM with one call.
The deadline for collecting all contributions is March 6, 2021.
