REMINDER: Procurement Procedure Training 2022

As in everyday life situations, when we make purchases for personal needs and strive to get the best quality for the money invested, it is important to spend our funds rationally and economically in business and use market opportunities in a way that ensures rational use of funds. Globalism has led to a huge increase in competition in the market, which has provided the opportunity to get the same or similar product at different prices, as if we can get products of different quality for the same prices. In addition to the increase in positive competition, business risk has increased, as well as unfair competition. For this reason, it is necessary to better examine the market and find the best value for money before concluding any significant purchase, and ensure that the selected supplier is reliable for business cooperation.

During the training, participants will through interactive and dynamic work listen and work on improving knowledge, which, among other things, relates to the following topics:

  • Procurement procedure,
  • VAT refund system,
  • Archiving documentation,
  • Rules and procedures for property and equipment management, inventory.

Knowledge of the previously mentioned topics is necessary for monitoring and implementation of project finances. Each topic is, in some way, related to all other topics covered. After completing the module, participants will gain the necessary knowledge to:

  • carry out the procurement procedure in accordance with legal and project rules,
  • correctly fill in the Request for VAT refund and prepare the accompanying documentation,
  • systematically archive the documentation of the procurement procedure,
  • properly manage property and equipment.
