Neuro-linguistic programming starts from the fact that we create experience based on information that comes from the outside world, based on what we see, hear and feel. We create an internal representation of external events through mental images, internal voices and sounds, as well as feelings and sensations. We create our own reality – a map of the world.
The communication model of NLP is a framework for understanding how people communicate with each other, how they process and interpret information.
