The Network of Student Councils in Bosnia and Herzegovina is proud to announce the call for participants for the seventh generation of the mreSVUBIH leadership program.
mreSVUBiH, as an organization working with young people throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, strives to improve their knowledge and skills, and to pass it on to the next generations of ambitious and positive young people.
Therefore, mreSVUBiH invites all interested, proactive young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina who want to learn and spread their knowledge, young people who want to develop and improve their leadership competencies and contribute to the development of a society of equal opportunities, to apply to mreSVUBIH ACADEMY.
mreSVUBIH ACADEMY is a program that will enable young people from BiH to develop their leadership competencies in an educational and practical way and to apply them within the development program of student councils in BiH.
mreSVUBIH ACADEMY is a unique four-year program of non-formal education that aims to develop youth leaders that aligns personal needs and interests with the challenges of leadership in the specific environment of BiH.
mreSVUBIH ACADEMY includes trainings, practical application of acquired knowledge, continuous supervision by professionals in this field, peer supervision, psychological support and counseling, consultative work at the individual and group level. A comprehensive work methodology will enable you to develop capacities in accordance with your interests: peer education, mentoring, public relations, relations with government institutions and civil society organizations, development of democratic representative structures in the education system, development of youth activism, advocacy, philanthropy and others.
If you want to apply, these are the basic conditions:
- You finished high school in BiH;
- You want to continue your education in BiH;
- You are studying in BiH and you are not older than 23 years old;
Special conditions:
- You are motivated to learn, develop your competencies/skills and contribute to the society in which you live;
- You believe that young people in BiH are a resource that needs to be developed;
- You have experience in the work of student councils in BiH;

Please send your applications until June 15, 2021, after which the selection of candidates that will participate at the academy will be made.
Applications received after the deadline will be considered for the mreSWUBiH ACADEMY that will start next year.
