On November 19, 2021, in the Social Center Kiseljak near Tuzla, a meeting of partners who implement the Local Works program was held. The meeting was an opportunity for the Institute for Youth Development KULT, the Tuzla Community Foundation, the Livno Center for Civic Cooperation, the Mozaik Foundation and the Network for Building Peace Association to exchange experiences and information on past successes, but also to agree on future joint steps.
The Institute for Youth Development KULT continues to strengthen the capacity of local actors by organizing various trainings, the Tuzla Community Foundation and the Center for Civic Cooperation Livno, as local resource organizations, are planning new calls for support to local organizations through small grants programs, Mozaik Foundation, within the Legal Framework for Philanthropy continues to motivate and bring together thematic advocacy teams working to advocate for a better legal framework for philanthropy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Network for Building Peace plans to hold conferences with local actors and continue to further develop the website snagalokalnog.ba.

The Local Works is a five-year project supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) that works on empowering local communities. Through assistance and support to communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we want to develop capacities that will enable sustainable growth, increase civic engagement and mobilize available local resources. The partner organizations in the program are the Center for Civic Cooperation Livno (CGS Livno), the Network for Building Peace, the Institute for Youth Development KULT, the Tuzla Community Foundation and the Mozaik Foundation.
