We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator ready to battle the robot! 🤖
Context: Do you already know about our lonac.pro community? If not, then your job would be to, among other things, hear about her as many people as possible! Through our community, we provide young people in BiH with the opportunity to connect with other like-minded people, develop their skills, gain knowledge about entrepreneurship and social activism, and with our support, take the initiative and become bearers of positive changes in their community that will inspire other young people.
Our social network coordinator is someone who helps us build such a community. Here’s what that means:
- To have social networks in your little finger! Not just one, but Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn and YouTube… we’ll see what else comes up. 😊 We don’t sell chocolate and we don’t do typical sales campaigns, keep that in mind before applying for this competition. Our call to action is e.g. find hundreds of young people who will sign up for an invitation. Can you post something they find interesting?
- To know how to achieve the desired results of the campaign by good targeting and constant monitoring and improvements with rational spending of funds (eg not to boost the post for a month to the audience 18-65+);
- That you use different social network management tools every day (and don’t be afraid to LEARN the ones you don’t know) and follow the latest trends in digital marketing;
- If you have an eye for design. Don’t worry – we have a designer! But it would still be good if you know some tools like Canva and know how to “order” a high-quality visual from a designer that fits your campaign;
- That you are inspired by stories about young people who start something, persevere and succeed, and you think they deserve to be heard about by as many people as possible;
- To “stab in your eyes” unanswered messages and unread notifications.
We expect you to:
- Exceptional literacy in one of the official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Exceptional digital literacy (typing, database usage, advanced use of Office suite);
- If you have these skills and want to further improve them: responsibility, creativity, proactivity, resourcefulness, eloquence, motivation and thoroughness, patience and empathy;
- That you have at least one year of experience in similar jobs;
- That you are an excellent team player, but also function well independently (we don’t like micromanagement, we fully believe in the people we work with).
Preference will be given to people with:
- Experience in marketing agencies or marketing departments;
- People who have experience in:
- keyword research ( Keyword planner, Semrush …)
- SEO optimization
- Google Ads (grant and paid)
- monitoring and processing of statistical data ( Google Analytics )
- to one of these programs: Office365, OneDrive, SharePoint, HubSpot, Buffer, Asana, SalesForce.
