We will continue to visit in 2024!
The first organization that visited us this year was the Association for psycho-social support and a better future “Progres” .
The representatives of this organization had the opportunity to see how the Institute works in practice, socialize with employees, take with them new knowledge that will be useful and applicable in the work of their organization, and gain a new, positive experience.
“This visit was an excellent answer to the question why the Institute for Youth Development KULT does Job shadowing? It is important that we also experience the Institute, transparency is important, that we as users feel how people work here guided by the values they are trying to maintain together with us. Nothing happens all at once, everything is a process and it is important to dedicate yourself, and through this program we really dedicate ourselves to each other, building the foundations for positive changes that will come to life” , said Azra Frlj, president of the organization.
“A lot of what we heard today is already known to us and we are very happy about it because we have confirmed to ourselves that we are on the right path and I will think about it the most in the next period” , added Sanja Čović, the deputy president.
“The concept is very interesting, we are glad that this idea came precisely from the users and their needs and the Institute decided to implement it. It is important to us that the conversation with us users at the Institute also gives you ideas. It is very interesting to see the life of people in Kult’s premises and the way they work and cooperate” , emphasized Iman Maslić and Zerina Karaica – Čengić.
Association for psycho-social support and a better future “Progres” is a partner organization that participates in the program of strengthening organizational capacities through the Strength of the Local.
The Institute for Youth Development KULT has developed the concept of Job shadowing, which will provide civil society organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a new perspective of organizational development. In the year that is behind us, the visits proved to be very useful, and partner organizations often decide to start applying what they learned during the visit to the Institute in their work.
