Our guests today were representatives of the INPUT Youth Center.
They spent the day in the premises of the Institute, using every opportunity to ask what they wanted when it comes to the work of the Institute and decided to try to apply some practices in their future work.
Also, they shared their experiences and thoughts about the work of the non-governmental sector with our employees and made good use of today’s sessions to acquire new knowledge.
” I followed all the sessions very carefully today and considering that I am a new employee of the INPUT Youth Center, this visit came at the right time for me. Listening to the methods of work of the Institute, I thought about what could be applied here. I found it very interesting, useful and inspiring “, said Nadina Kolić, administrative and technical support in the Association.
” I stand by what I said when I was at the Institute’s training for professional associates for work with young people – the Institute is an institution! Thanks to the Institute, we have already changed a lot in the work of our organization. This is just another nice and positive experience ,” added Adi Salčinović, president of the INPUT Youth Center.
The Institute for Youth Development KULT thanks the INPUT Youth Center for today’s visit. In the coming period, we expect a number of more visits and we look forward to new experiences to come!
