In the previous period, the Center for Civil Cooperation conducted research within the project “Together for Labor Rights”.
The research was conducted in cooperation with 9 municipal courts: Livno, Konjic, Čapljina, Široki Brijeg, Ljubuški, Bihać, Sanski Most, Bosanska Krupa and Velika Kladuša. Two municipal courts. Mostar and Cazin did not submit the requested data.
In 9 municipal courts, there was an evident decrease in the number of active cases in the field of labor law in 2024, compared to the previous period, i.e. 2019 and 2022.
There are a total of 179 active cases in the field of labor law in the relevant courts in 2024.
You can find individual data for all courts in the infographic and chart.
Also, for the purposes of the aforementioned research, the cantonal courts of the Una Sana Canton, Canton 10, West Herzegovina Canton and Herzegovina Neretva Canton submitted the requested data within the legal deadline.
In 4 cantonal courts, in 2019, especially due to the Mostar Cantonal Court which had 2,979 active cases, the total number of active cases was 3,390, while in 2022, that number decreased, and the total number of active cases in the field of labor law was 658.
