Within the framework of the joint European Union/Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the action on “Promotion of diversity and equality in the Western Balkans”.
In that context, it is looking for providers of social media management services in the field of combating discrimination and hate speech, to be requested by the Council of Europe on an as needed basis.
The deadline for the submission of tenders/offers is set for February 14, 2021, midnight CET.
