The call for participation at the Ultimate Survival Leadership Camp is now officially open!
If you are active in your community and under 35, we invite you to use this unique opportunity and contact Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banjaluka until May 25 and secure your place in the camp on time.
Ultimate Survival Leadership Camp (USLC) will be organized in the Center for Visitors Pecka and will last eight days, form 14 to 21 June, 2021. It is aimed for young activists from BiH who will, through three modules, have an opportunity to enrich their knowledge and skills for further work in the field of activism. Some of the topics they will learn and discuss in the camp are: current position of young people in BiH and opportunities for activist performance, nationalism, populism, gender, class, eco-activism, art as the tool for social change, (non)power of social networks, etc.
Through exchange of experiences and presentation of the lecturers from BiH, America and Canada, we will work on the personal, professional and political development, networking and tracing actions for social changes. Besides, the program of the camp integrated several other activities such as a trip to river Sana, cooking, yoga, movie nights and mushroom picking.
If you see yourself as a person who is dealing with social changes and who is active in this field, what is needed to apply for the camp is the following:

►To have citizenship of BiH

Number of participants in the camp is limited and the decision on the final selection will be delivered by the Commission formed for this purpose only.
IMPORTANT!
Having in mind epidemiological situation in the country, all participants and lecturers will be tested on COVID-19 before the beginning of the camp. Only individuals with negative test will be able to participate in the camp.
All costs of the camp and testing are covered by the organizer – Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banjaluka with the support of American Embassy in BiH.
