What is a KULT/ROK?

Regardless of what the organization does and how many employees it has, it can easily access the process of identifying less developed elements, and then the process of capacity building and optimization of all processes through the online tool KULT/ROK.

The tool easily enables organizations to evaluate different categories of their business and thus detect strengths and weaknesses, and to subsequently improve their capacities through various activities and optimize processes by strengthening weaknesses.

What exactly is being analyzed?

KULT/ROK consists of two parts:

  • Assessment of organizational capacities of KULT/POK through which the most important areas of internal business of the organization are analyzed and assessment of organizational performance,
  • Assessment of organizational performance KULT/POP through which the organization’s business is analyzed, relationships with target groups, stakeholders and the community.

After the data is collected and the analysis is completed, the expert team of the Institute makes recommendations for business improvement, which are the starting point for the development of plans and documents that organizations will subsequently create with the mentorship of the Institute.

Organizations themselves decide which areas they want to improve, and plan to implement recommendations for business improvement in accordance with their capabilities.

Who can access the process?

Originally intended for non-governmental organizations, KULT/ROK can now be accessed by all organizations that have at least one full-time employee and want to improve their business and eliminate the organization’s weaknesses in a systematic way.

How to approach the assessment process?

Organizations can do the self-assessment process within the KULT/POK phase on their own initiative, and thus get an overview of organizational strengths and weaknesses. To access the second phase of the evaluation, and to complete the process that includes the analysis and development of recommendations for improvement, it is necessary to contact the Institute for Youth Development KULT.
