Popcorn Recruiters also organizes Popcorn Recruiters Academy every year, a free training designed to help young people interested in recruitment to start their careers. During the training, participants will gain knowledge about this industry that will help them during the process of finding a new job, as well as in future work. We have a habit of opening a paid internship position after the academy, for which it has been shown that the participants of the academy are most often shortlisted and even chosen to become part of our team.
