1) Dear Stefan, we associate film, art, activism with you… But who is Stefan really, what does he dream about, what does he like and what does he do? For the readers of the Bellspiration blog, introduce yourself so that we can all get to know you.
Stefan is a 26-year-old director, screenwriter, writer, friend, traveler, explorer of famous and hidden places, empath, lover of dogs, ice cream, and sunset. A passionate fan of adventures, parks, trees, cycling, tennis, long walks in nature, along lakes and forests, but also architectural paradises such as Milan, Rome, and Madrid. An advocate of openness of heart and mind and continuous self-growth and development. An admirer of the freedom of spirit and mind and the authenticity of being. Someone who likes to admire the grandeur and simplicity of life in its simplest details. Someone who is lucky and privileged to have realized many of his dreams experienced indescribable beauties and wonders in all aspects of his professional and private life. Someone who has flaws, who is afraid and makes mistakes and experiences failures, but tries and succeeds to overcome himself again and find the inner strength and motivation to understand that all this is just a game. One ancient story in constant development, and to have the final number of seconds on this planet, the only thing we can do is breathe and experience life every day, with everything it carries and do the best we know and can at that moment.
2) What is “Success” by your definition and how to achieve it?
The notion of success is truly a multi-perspective concept, which changes and evolves during different phases of our lives. I truly believe that success is first and foremost an intangible category, it is a state of mind. When we truly live in complete harmony with the authentic “I” and work and live the life we want to live. When we are inspired by the things we do when we spend time with the people we love and in the places we want to be. But even when we are not… When it is difficult and hard, and maybe a little sad and disappointing, but still we do not give up in spite of everything. When we manage to rise above the situation and listen to the northern star of our heart. When we choose to see beauty, even when it is difficult to see beauty. When we choose love instead of fear. When we manage to live a moment, it is as if there is a whole world. And when we can look back, without judging ourselves and others, and say, “I'm happy.” That is a success. We realize it every day, answering honestly the primordial questions of our heart and being, acting every day as much as possible in accordance with those answers.
3) Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a member of the Bellspiration Club and for sharing your experiences with us in the coming weeks and inspiring us! What are your expectations from the Bellspiration Club?
It is a great pleasure and honor to be a part of the Bellspiration Club. Knowing well the long-term work of my dear friend Belma Skopljaković, I do not expect anything less from this club than what it has managed to do all these years, and that is to create an open, fruitful, a cosmopolitan environment that will serve as a real intercultural hub for young people, people from different countries of the world, and where we will all have the opportunity to get to know each other better, learn from each other and exchange valuable experiences and ideas with each other, but also with all readers across the region and the world.
