The team of young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, gathered around the Center for Education of Robotics, Innovation and Technology in Mostar – CERIT, is participating this year in a kind of World Robot Olympiad FGC2021 called Discover & Recover and currently ranks 1st out of 177 participating countries.
The First Global Challenge is a competition whose mission is to inspire young people of all nations in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), and thus draw attention to the importance of this type of education.
- Our team represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2018 in Mexico City, in 2019 in Dubai where they won three awards, one Outstanding mentor and two Safety Awards, and in 2020 and 2021 when the competition was held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CERIT announced.
