Office Manager*
We need a motivated and organized person, with excellent communication and multitasking skills, who is detailed in his work! Some of the most important responsibilities of our future Office Manager will be to provide support in administrative and financial operations; keeping financial records; account processing; management of office supply and, support to staff in administrative tasks.
What are your future tasks?
Keeping financial records, including posting incoming and outgoing invoices, and tracking expenses.
Account processing and preparation of financial reports for management.
Office supply management, which includes ordering supplies and coordinating their delivery.
Coordination of administrative tasks, some of which may be staff record keeping and travel coordination.
Monitoring and coordination of office maintenance services, and communication with external suppliers.
Cooperation with accounting for the purpose of proper bookkeeping and adequate preparation for tax obligations.
Providing support to staff in administrative matters and coordination of internal processes.
What does it take to become our Office Manager?
At least secondary vocational education; higher education in finance, accounting and/or related fields preferred.
Minimum of one year of work/volunteer experience in administrative and/or financial affairs.
Good knowledge of the MS Office package, with an emphasis on Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Detail oriented and problem solving ability.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
If you are passionate about finance and administration, and would like to contribute to the efficient operation of our office, join us as an Office Manager. We promise you a one-year contract, starting on August 1, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
