A few days ago, as part of the NGO Meet up “Local success stories – It is possible!”, we visited the “Source of Hope” Foundation with the participants.
Today, representatives of this organization visited the Institute for Youth Development KULT, wanting to get acquainted with the work of the Institute in practice, and to learn something new that they will be able to apply in the work of their organization.
The “Source of Hope” Foundation is a partner organization that participates in the organizational capacity strengthening program supported through the Local Strength program.
“We must especially point out that it was very useful and constructive to see from a different perspective how the leaders of non-governmental organizations work. There is a team spirit in the Institute, and the atmosphere is very positive,” agreed Naida Kokić, director of the “Source of Hope” Foundation, and Merima Imamović, youth counselor and psychologist.
“We were particularly impressed by the structure of work at the Institute, the delegation of tasks and the way of communication, and this is certainly one of the reasons for the success of the Institute. Apart from the fact that we had a really nice time with you, we learned a lot of new things, the visit was very inspiring for the further work of our organization and we bring with us new ideas that we can apply in our work”, added Tarik Agetović, Deputy Director and Delila Bajrić , project manager.
The KULT Youth Development Institute would like to thank the “Source of Hope” Foundation for today’s visit and exchange of knowledge.
