The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is a partner of the lonac.pro community!
The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was established with the primary goal of representing the interests of the economy in the FBiH and Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole. It is an integral part of the chamber network in the Federation of BiH, and, in close cooperation with executive, legislative and administrative bodies, chambers of commerce and business associations in the country and abroad, international organizations, non-governmental sector and other relevant actors, strives to create the most favorable business environment and new business opportunities for member companies.
The focus of the Chamber’s activities are its professional associations, which represent a number of key economic sectors and bring together firms to consider common obstacles to their business and to define development strategies for their industries.
We talked with Anela Karahasan, senior associate for industry and services at this institution.
1. What, in your opinion, is the greatest value of the lonac.pro community?
In one word, the greatest value of the lonac.pro community is comprehensiveness. A comprehensive platform for exchanging information on opportunities and potentials offered to young people, especially opportunities for mentoring, support, and answers to their questions and concerns, all in one place, are values that make the lonac.pro community extremely useful to young people.
2. Why is the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – part of this story – a lonac.pro partner?
The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is part of the lonac.pro community, because we want to introduce young people to all our activities, education programs and other similar opportunities that may be useful and interesting to them during their education, especially so that tomorrow as young entrepreneurs they know that they are not left to themselves, without support and reliance, but to have the address of the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina as an institution that brings together businesses from different sectors of industry in the Associations in order to improve the business environment. There is a secretary representing each Association, who will be available with his/her professional competencies and answer the questions sent to the address info@kfbih.com, depending on the type of question.
3. What is it that you can offer to young people who are part of the lonac.pro community?
The Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Center for Promotion and Education provides various types of education that are of great importance to young people who start a business or enter the world of business. Furthermore, the Women’s Economic Empowerment Program organizes a series of activities and workshops aimed at empowering women in business. The mentioned potential of networking is of particular importance, as well as counseling and support in overcoming the initial obstacles and difficulties in business, but also for all segments later where support, counseling and information in the economy is needed, the address is the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Future, knowledge, innovation.
