The FBiH Chamber of Commerce invites leading hotels and restaurants to apply for the Profi program

The FBiH Chamber of Commerce invites leading hotels and restaurants to apply for the Profi program.

Participation in this program enables professional training.

The professional program is a special program that enables professional training and development of employees in the hospitality industry.

It is based on the standards of the profession and provides learning materials, on-the-job training, mentoring and certification.

It is focused on three basic areas of work in the hospitality industry: food production, serving food and drinks, and housekeeping.

The program is implemented in cooperation with leading hotels and restaurants, chambers of commerce, ministries in charge of tourism and other relevant actors in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Provide your workers with professional and certified training, because by investing in workers, you are investing in your business success ,” reads the invitation of the FBiH PK.

More about the program and how to apply can be found  here.

In the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the piloting of the Profi program is carried out by the USAID Sustainable Tourism Development Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Tourism) with the support of the FBiH Chamber of Commerce.
