The Banjaluka Sports Museum joins the celebration of the European Night of Museums by opening its doors at night for visitors on Tuesday, May 21, it was stated on the official website of the City of Banjaluka.
– The European Night of Museums is an event that takes place in more than 30 countries across Europe, and its goal is to bring cultural heritage closer to the public through various thematic content and events. This year, the Sports Museum in the Borik hall will mark this event with a rich program, intended for visitors of all ages. The museum will be open at night on May 21 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM – it was stated in the announcement.
The organizers add that a panel discussion entitled “Borik Hall from my point of view, my 50s in Borik” will be held in the period from 19:00 to 20:00 in front of the Sports Museum, and will bring together guests from the world of sports: Milorad Karalić, Željko Tica and Nebojša Kuštrinović who will convey their experiences from the rich history of Borik.
– After the panel discussion, and with the guidance of the curator of the Sports Museum, visitors will be able to attend the promotion of the current exhibition “50 years of the Borik Hall”, which includes a rich collection of sports artifacts, trophies and photos from the history of the Borik Hall – add the organizers.
