One of the biggest shortcomings of our public administration is the lack of opportunities to leave feedback. At the moment, we are not able to tell the public administration bodies what we think about the service, which problems we encountered (or maybe we had positive experience that we want to share with them), even if we were satisfied or not with the service. That is why we have created this space for you.
Here you can share your experience with public administration, and we will share your experience on our platform. We will make the most common problems and objections in our report and create recommendations based on them, which we will share with the public and the media, as well as with the decision-makers and demand reforms in the areas that most bother citizens.
