Transparency International in BiH (TI BiH) is launching the project “Monitoring, Advocacy and provision of Legal Advice”, with the support of the Government of the Kingdom of Norway. Within the project, TI BiH supervises trials in corruption cases on a representative sample on the territory of the entire BiH. Second monitoring report on monitoring corruption cases trials will be prepared.
The tasks of the hired expert are:
- Participate in designing the structure of the subject report, how to collect and process collected information;
- Supervises the work of the junior expert for the preparation of the report;
- Prepare an analytical report according to the established structure in cooperation with the junior expert;
- Presents the monitoring report on the public event/s in agreement with TI BiH.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Graduated from the Faculty of Law (completed the first cycle of undergraduate studies with a grade of at least 240 ECTS credits)
- Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of public policy in the fight against corruption, as well as reform processes in the judiciary in BiH;
- At least five years of relevant legal experience in the field of criminal law (writing and publishing analyzes, reports, studies, professional papers, etc.)
The deadline for the preparation of the second monitoring report for which the expert is hired is September 24, 2021.

TI BiH is not obliged to return the submitted documents (CV, list of papers or the papers itself) to interested candidates. TI BiH reserves the right to close the public call without selecting an expert for the requested service if none of the candidates meet the required conditions. TI BiH will contact and inform the selected expert.
