for submission of bids for conducting four one-day trainings on the topic “Planning and starting your own business; Preparation of project documentation; Marketing/public presentation”

“Empowering girls and young women for new competencies; skills desirable for easier employment” funded by CfD, Switzerland
In the period from June 1, 2021 – December 31, 2022, association of citizens Viva žene is implementing the project “Empowerment of girls and young women through education for new competencies; activities desirable for easier employment.” Activities: Psychosocial groups of girls and young women on raising self-confidence and self-esteem (work on yourself), Three three-day trainings on topics: self-presentation, training for independent workshops and transfer of knowledge, personal writing biography (CV), gender equality and violence in general. Organizing and preparing for conducting independent workshops. Participation in the “experimental classroom” – acquiring knowledge and competencies related to writing letters, keeping documents, getting acquainted with administrative tasks through practical work. Additional education needed for future easier employment.
Vive Žene is announcing a call for 2x (M/F) education trainers who will be engaged within the mentioned project. Four one-day trainings are planned with the realization period from March 1 to November 31, 2022, for a group of girls and young women up to 25 participants. The aim of this activity is to acquire specific skills through additional education for girls and young women in order to facilitate employment.
Description of jobs and tasks of the trainer (M/F):
- Submit a draft work plan in accordance with the planned agenda (attached)
- Submit photos from the workshops and a narrative report ten days from the end of the training
Candidates (M/F) are required to submit:
- CV
- Proposed work program in accordance with the planned agenda
- Financial offer for your work
In the selection, additional points will be awarded if the candidates (M/F):
- Submit proof of completed professional education and/or other skills
- Are well versed in communication skills, self-esteem and self-confidence building skills
- Possess a high level of understanding of needs and experience in working with the marginalized groups
- Have experience in working with first-time entrepreneurs
- Have experience in conducting group workshops
