The Municipality of Prozor-Rama has published a tender for the development of a conceptual design for the Ramski Square in Prozor and the building of the Cultural and Artistic Center.
The main goal of the tender is to find a quality, design, functional and economical solution for the arrangement of Ramski Square together with the accompanying facilities that will meet the required standard and fit well into the space, according to the terms of reference.
– This is a space that is not too large and has an area of 1,030 m2, which is located in front of the Municipality building, looking from the north, at the crossing of two streets – Main Street and Mahalska Street, surrounded by individual houses with shops, cafes or other shops on the ground floor – it was stated.
The project task further points out that this is a space next to the new building of the Municipality, on the side of which a side building will be built next to the square, which would be in the style of the old “city cafe”. In front of the building there would be a terrace, and from the terrace there would be a staircase (two or three steps) towards the square and from it the view would extend “down the city”. This building would also contain the upper floor, which is intended for a gallery – an exhibition space for art works and an exhibition event.
The deadline is October 29, and the opening of bids is scheduled for the same day at 12:00 hrs.
