Project Cycle Management (Y2) Training within the USAID/INSPIRE Program

USAID/INSPIRE organizes the Project Cycle Management (Y2) training, which aims to help participants understand the basics of project and project management, gain knowledge and skills to create a logical framework, and participate in the monitoring and reporting process. After the training, participants will be able to lead the application process for projects, to independently create a logical framework and transfer it to the application form and actively participate in the implementation of projects in all its segments.

Participants will also improve their knowledge of project cycle management methodology, analyzing the current situation as a basis for developing project proposals, applying SMART success indicators, developing a risk plan and monitoring and evaluation techniques.

The training will be held at the Hills Hotel, Ilidža, Sarajevo in the period February 2nd – 4th. Please apply HERE.

Applications are possible until January 25, but please apply as soon as possible, given the great interest in training. Applying for training does not guarantee selection, so you will be notified on the final decision in a timely manner. The organizer covers the costs of accommodation for participants who come outside the Sarajevo Canton and East Sarajevo, as well as the transportation costs.
