From the beginning of the pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina until today, I use online shopping a lot, buying everything and anything. First, I started buying fruits and vegetables, then I bought healthy products, juices, teas, jams and then clothes, shoes, jewelry, small gifts. Some products were cat in a bag, not even close to what I saw on the company’s sales page, and some looked much better live compared to the photos the company posted on its sales channel.
I would like to use the lonac.pro community to, from time to time, praise some businesses and point out good online sales practices that can benefit everyone.
Today, cold-headed but warm-hearted, my compliment goes to G WOOD and their product – a serving board.
I spotted the board on the G WOOD Facebook page and ordered it right away. G WOOD boards are made in the traditional carving shop OR “Carving Goletić” from Živinice. Each product is handmade, a blend of tradition and modern design. My board arrived when it was agreed, just in time, nicely packed and ready to be donated. I opened an interesting package to check if everything was ok and was positively surprised by the look and quality.
When the package arrived at my address, five minutes later a message from G Wood followed with maintenance information and an inquiry to see if I was happy with the board. After thanking and praising the product, I was asked to leave a review. which I did immediately: Praised the business and the product because they deserved it. 🙂 Buy products made in Bosnia and Herzegovina!!!
