What is it like to work in the financial-administrative department of the Mozaik Foundation?
Assisting in the preparation of various reports, communication with young activists, work in data processing systems, trainings where you meet young people from different communities and, of course, administrative work. All this and facing new challenges makes working in the financial-administrative department dynamic. One of the biggest advantages is working in the Microsoft Dynamic Navision program, which is a well-known software solution for recording costs and creating balance sheets, income statement, semi-annual and annual reports, and creating reports for monitoring of spending.
Read what Amina has to say about her experience working on this team:
“As a final year student, I started an internship at the Mozaik Foundation. I wasn’t sure how I would blend the study and practice, but it all went smoothly thanks to a wonderful team from the administration and finance department. From the first day they welcomed me and created a wonderful atmosphere that lasted until the end of my internship. I never had any difficulties during the work because the whole team was always dedicated to me and my questions.
I was given a great opportunity and I am very grateful for that because I managed to gain a lot of knowledge in a short period of time, even more than I expected. I would sincerely recommend everyone to start their career in such a wonderful environment. In the end, most important of all, I can proudly say that I have become confident in the skills I have acquired. I achieved the goals set by Mozaik as well as my personal ones. I definitely plan to re-apply for an internal position in this wonderful department!” – Amina Ćulov, 2000, Sarajevo.
