This year, the Museum of Republika Srpska will also join the European family of museums in celebrating the international “Night of Museums”.
All visitors who join us on Saturday, May 18, 2024, will be able to enjoy numerous attractive and free contents, specially prepared for this occasion.
Premiere: the exhibition “The Golden Age of Rock and Roll (1960 – 1970)” by Tamara Lukač Lazarević, a sociologist.
The exhibition deals with social phenomena that marked the aforementioned decade, such as the hippie movement, counterculture and a period of turbulent social changes, through the prism of rock and roll and its most famous representatives. The exhibition consists of extremely large-format photographs, as well as characteristic three-dimensional objects.
