We proudly continue our Job shadowing program, bringing inspiration and new knowledge to the representatives of the organizations we support!
Today we hosted the representatives of the Center for Positive Practice in Breza. This visit gave our guests the opportunity to get to know the Institute’s team, daily work and procedures. Job shadowing is a very important process of sharing knowledge, but also an opportunity to exchange valuable experiences and advice that can improve the work of partner organizations.
” The entire process of strengthening organizational capacities for our organization is very important, considering that we are a young organization, founded only last year. The support of the Institute for Youth Development KULT in laying the foundations of the organization is important to us ,” said Ilma Omerhodžić, president of the organization.
” The visit to the Institute is very important for us, because considering that we are a young organization, it is important for us to start with good foundations. The visit was useful, educational, very motivating, and we also got some additional ideas for the work and development of our organization ,” added Samira Smailbegović, finance associate.
The Job shadowing program proved to be extremely important for the acquisition of new knowledge, and representatives of partner organizations often point out that after the visit they received motivation and additional energy that helps them in their further work.
Through this program, representatives of other organizations have the opportunity to get to know the Institute more closely and to see how certain work procedures and rules governing the Institute look in practice. Such programs provide an opportunity for additional joint growth and development, as many partner organizations decide to apply what they have learned, thus continuing the chain of positive change.
