The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the eCommerce Association in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is organizing the “E-commerce MasterClass” education, which will take place on March 28 and 29, 2024. in the premises of the Chamber in Sarajevo (Branislava Đurđeva 10).
The goal of the two-day education is to provide companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, with essential understanding and practical knowledge of “eCommerce” business, with a special focus on the digitization of business processes, the improvement of existing business models and the transition to electronic payment platforms as secure channels. in electronic commerce. Through interactive sessions, workshops and case studies, participants will acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to implement and improve “eCommerce” strategies in their companies and will understand how digitization can contribute to growth and competitiveness in the market.
