Improve your sales skills training

In June 2021, the startup studio is organizing an online training “How to sell successfully?

WHO IS THE TRAINING FOR?

  • The training is for anyone who wants to improve their sales skills, whether they run their own businesses (limited liability company or crafts) or run sales in a company where they work.

WHAT DOES TRAINING CONSIST OF?

The training consists of four modules within which you will have the opportunity to master the Persuasive Selling Format. This tool was developed (and celebrated) by Procter & Gamble back in the ‘70s and has since been one of the most effective used for the purpose of successful sales.

  • MODULE 1

Date: June 17, 2021

The aim of the first module is to understand the difference between Product Properties and customer/client benefits by answering to the following questions:

  • How do we benefit our clients? Before coming to the training, think about your target group, why people should use/buy your product/service, and who is the direct and indirect competition.
  • What benefits can your client have?
  • How to define the properties of the product that are important for achieving benefits for your client/customer?
  • What does the “5 why” tool mean for in-depth understanding of the client/customers?

The module will last 4 hours and will be held via the Zoom platform.

  • MODULE 2

Date: June 22, 2021

The aim of the second module is to understand the Persuasive Selling Format, sales presentation by which we transmit our information (after we understand the customer/client, or benefits for him, using the previous module). Within the framework of this module, you will have the opportunity to master:

  • explanation of the 5 steps of the Persuasive Selling Format (PSF) with focus on the first step: “Summarizing the situation”
  • defining a CLON for your customers (Conditions, Limitations, Opportunities, Needs) based on the benefits you sell to them.

The module will last 4 hours and will be held via the Zoom platform.

  • MODULE 3

Date: June 24, 2021

The goal of the third module is to define a sales presentation through the use of the Persuasive Selling Format, where you will have the opportunity to create a sales presentation in a training session for a specific client/customer.

The module will last 4 hours and will be held via the Zoom platform.

  • MODULE 4

Date: in agreement with the trainer

In the fourth module, you will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one consultation with a trainer and apply Persuasive Selling Format practically. You will have 4 hours of online consultation with the trainer to review everything you have implemented practically and get specific instructions on how to improve the implementation of the Persuasive Selling Format in practice.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING?

Registration fee for training is 100 BAM per person, and the number of places is limited to 10 businesses or companies. One place can be reserved by a maximum of two people from the same company, where the registration fee for another person is 50% lower.
