The II international festival of traditional singing “Pjesmo moja, mio razvojere…” was successfully completed.
The first day of the festival was marked by an extremely inspiring event – the promotion of the book “Let the wheel not stop: Traditional games and dances of Boka Kotorska in society and culture”, authored by Professor Predrag Šušić from Montenegro. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the rich tradition and cultural heritage of Boka Kotorska, as well as the importance of preserving folk games and dances. Through his presentation, Professor Šušić reminded everyone present of the importance of preserving tradition and passing on knowledge to future generations. The keynote speaker at the promotion was the president of the ARTIS association, Namir Čomaga, who spoke about the importance of such projects and publishing books about our culture and traditions.
The second day of the festival started with the education entitled “Traditional music in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, where the lecturers were Prof. Dr. Tamara Karača Beljak and prof. Branka Vidović.
