Hutovo Blato Nature Park will have a multimedia Interpretation Center – A call for purchase of equipment

The public company Hutovo Blato Nature Park, within the Endemic Roads Project – ePATH, has issued a call for contracts for the purchase of equipment of the Interpretation Center. The project is supported within Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation of Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2014 – 2020, and its value is 1.2 million BAM without VAT.

As stated in the tender documentation, the selected supplier should ensure the delivery and installation of the aquarium, the price of which includes delivery, transport, installation, commissioning and training of staff to work on the aquarium. The supply of all specimens of endemic and endangered species of plants and fish is ensured by the expert bodies of investors.

In addition, the tender includes the delivery of materials, graphic preparation in coordination with the professional bodies of investors, production, transport and installation of elements of the collection of endemic and endangered species of fish, plants and birds of Hutovo blato.

In addition to this collection, there is also delivery of materials, preparation in coordination with professional bodies of investors, production, transport and installation of an exhibition – artificial wetlands with models of characteristic birds, as well as an interactive wall, accompanying software and applications.

It is also planned to install a nesting transmission system, a video nesting recording system, other computer equipment, an audio and lighting system and a projector. The future Center will also have an educational wall as well as a virtual reality option, a control room and more.
