At the end of December, EuroExpress Mail delivered New Year’s gifts to users of various institutions and centers in the spirit of the New Year’s holidays. The gifts were distributed to the Public Institution for Education and Rehabilitation of Listening and Speech in Banja Luka, the Association of Families and Friends of Children with Leukemia and Other Malignant Diseases “PIPOL” in Tuzla, the Center for Children and Youth with Special Needs “Los Rosales” in Mostar and the Center for Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation in Sarajevo. Around 300 children from these institutions received gifts for the New Year’s holidays, which were delivered to their addresses by EuroExpress couriers.
Amra Saračević, President of the Association of Families and Friends of Children with Leukemia and Other Malignant Diseases “PIPOL”, Tuzla said: “During long-term hospital treatment and recovery, many children with cancer are treated in hospital rooms, away from family and friends. That is why the Association “PIPOL” every year during the New Year holidays strives to bring as much joy into the lives of its protégés, creating new and more beautiful memories. In this humanitarian mission this year, we were joined by the socially responsible company “EuroExpres Mail”, which donated New Year’s gifts for children and young people suffering from and cured of cancer from the Tuzla Canton. Thank you for helping us bring joy to children, because happiness multiplies only when it is shared.”
The Manager of the Department of Marketing and Customer Communication of the EuroExpress Mail Sanja Vasilić stressed the importance of every legal entity in the country to pay attention to corporate social responsibility, and to take care of the categories of society that need help the most. “New Year’s holidays are a period of joy, happiness, love and compassion. We spend this time with family and loved ones and summarize all the experiences of the previous year. Our company has decided to use the end of the year to make the little ones from institutions and centers across the country happy with a sign of attention that will brighten their everyday life, at least for a while.” She continues: “The postulate of our business is the focus on socially responsible business, and the realization of that support for local communities is necessary. We have done our best to make 300 children happy for the New Year holidays, and we are extremely proud of this endeavor.”
The director of the Center for Children and Youth with Special Needs “Los Rosales”, Mirna Mezit, expressed her gratitude to EuroExpress Mail: “We thank EuroExpress Mail for donated gifts for our users. In this time of giving, every gift brings a smile and joy to our users.” The Center for Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation from Sarajevo also sent messages of gratitude on behalf of the users and their parents.
