Disinfection products packages distributed to 36 schools

The WHO (World Health Organization) has declared a coronavirus pandemic, alarmed by the scale of its spread and by insufficient measures taken. Although the transmission of the infection cannot be stopped, it can be slowed down.

Disinfection is part of a broad approach to preventing infectious diseases in schools. Children in schools often suffer from various viral and bacterial diseases. The spread of these pathogens is favored by a large number of children being indoors in a small space. Many schools, especially those outside urban centers, do not have enough disinfection products, which are very important during a pandemic.

Within the project “Think about nature!” funded by Sweden and implemented by the Center for Civil Society Promotion, the schools that are part of the Eco School program were provided with four disinfection products packages. Thanks to the representatives of the nine Eco HUBs, all 36 schools which are part of the project were supplied with disinfection products packages.
