Call for participants – Street art camp

Do you want to express your views and opinions through art and influence the society in which you live? Are you interested in street art? Then the four-day camp in Gradiška is the ideal opportunity for you!

The Association Most is organizing an art camp within the project “When pictures speak louder than words” in the period from September 24 – 27, 2020. The camp will bring together 30 young people from 10 local communities (Gradiška, Banja Luka, Srbac, Mrkonjić Grad, Bihać, Travnik, Velika Kladuša, Prijedor, Prnjavor, Kotor Varoš).

The topic of the camp is local heroes and heroines, activists who are recognized/remembered for their activism in human rights. We want to reconsider the notion of “hero”. Who were the heroes once, and who are they now? Their portraits will be made in different artistic directions. We want to shed light on some of the historical figures, bring them out of oblivion, and at the same time encourage young people to artisticly express themselves and to be more involved in different activities within their local communities.
