The Municipality of Bratunac has published a competition for the selection and awarding of the best raspberry producers from the area of this local community.
Although the traditional Fair of Agriculture, Food Industry and Tourism “Raspberry Days” will not be organized this year due to epidemiological measures, the Municipality of Bratunac has announced a competition to stimulate production and maintain the continuity of rewarding the best producers.
1,500 BAM will be awarded for the first place, 1,000 BAM for the second place and 500 BAM for the third-placed participant in the competition.
All registered raspberry producers from this Municipality have the right to participate, producers who grow raspberries on a minimum of two dunums of land and use an irrigation system, and last year they had at least 1,500 kilograms of raspberries per dunum.
