All users of the Goodwill Restaurant in Sarajevo, Travnik, Bihać and Zenica are invited to celebrate BiH Statehood Day in a festive atmosphere and good company.
On the occasion of the Statehood Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the humanitarian organization “Pomozi.ba” organized a festive lunch for the users of its Good Will Restaurants in Sarajevo, Travnik, Bihać and Zenica, reports Anadolu.
All users of the Restaurant of Good Will are invited to celebrate November 25, BiH Statehood Day, in a festive atmosphere and with good company, i.e. the date when 81 years ago the First Session of the National Anti-Fascist Council for the People’s Liberation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (ZAVNOBiH) was held in Mrkonjić City, where adopted decisions on the restoration of the statehood of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Pomozi.ba today organized a festive lunch on the occasion of BiH Statehood Day in our Dove Wille Restaurants in Sarajevo, Bihać, Travnik and Zenica for our users of the Meal for All project. We really tried to make people who live on the poverty line feel a festive atmosphere and we prepared a slightly richer table than usual, and here we tried to brighten up their gray everyday life in this way at least a little”, said the spokeswoman of the “Pomozi.ba” Association for Anadolu. Saliha Roksa.
The association “Pomozi.ba” is a non-profit humanitarian organization that helps vulnerable people throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond. The Pomozi.ba teams provide assistance in meeting basic human needs to returnees, old and infirm persons, single mothers, families without permanent income, children without parents, people with disabilities, the sick, migrants…
Since its foundation in 2012 until today, the Association “Pomozi.ba” has helped around 2,000,000 people through various projects and humanitarian actions.
For socially vulnerable categories, societies collect and provide material assistance, food, medicines, hygiene products, shoes, clothes, furniture, white goods, as well as other necessities, provide financial assistance in the treatment of seriously ill people, and also help with housing for people in extremely difficult financial situations.
“Our goal is to be humane and encourage others to show humanity, solidarity and cooperation”, is the message of the humanitarian “Pomozi.ba”.
