The Program is intended for women entrepreneurs from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, who already have a registered micro, small or medium-sized business.
The program ‘MENTI – mentorship and education for new market innovators’ intends to provide training and mentoring support to women and women-owned micro and small businesses in the field of entrepreneurial, managerial skills, with a special focus on branding.
The Program is focused on building brands and skills that will help you realize your visual identity and marketing activities in the best way to be recognizable and present yourself on the market. We will take advantage of the benefits of technology and organize activities online, which will provide access to women entrepreneurs from all over BiH!
The Program will include mentoring and education in the following areas:
1. Communication skills,
2. Organization and HR,
3. External financing,
4. Sales and marketing,
5. Improving visual identity and branding.
Lecturers are experts from practice with experience in these areas, with the focus on small businesses. The project also ensures the promotion of the participants’ businesses.
Classes will take place online, twice a week for 2.5 hours per class, from May 23 to August 27, 2021, after which there will be 5 hours of mentoring with an assigned mentor.

The project is financially supported by the FIGAP II Program – Program for implementation of the Gender Action Plan of BiH (FIGAP II Program 2017-2020), is the result of cooperation between the Agency for Gender Equality of BiH – Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, Gender Center of Federation of BiH and Gender Center of Republika Srpska, and its goal is to ensure the sustainable implementation of the Gender Action Plan of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
